Born and raised in Gainesboro, Tennessee, her Father and Mother were William Kay Lawson and Ova Green Scantland Lawson. Lee was the youngest of 11 children. Her only surviving sibling is Virginia Christine Lawson Burris of Cookeville, Tennessee.
Lee moved to Nashville at a young age to begin her career. She married MSGT: Robert J. Hajdasz Sr. on April 27th 1963. They lived in Nashville, Laverne and Murfreesboro until Bob’s death August 17, 2000. They were married over 37 years.
At that time Lee moved to Lebanon and then on to Bloomington Springs, Tennessee.
She loved refurbishing and restoring furniture into beautiful heirloom pieces. She would then sell the items at the local flea market.
Lee enjoyed painting and was a wonderful artist. With her artistic qualities she built and decorated her home in Bloomington Springs to be her dream home.
Lee is survived by her Daughter Monica and her son Robbie. Five Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.
