Frankie grew up in East Texas and called Etoile his home. He worked as an electrician with a Journeyman License. He graduated from Woden High School and was most known for his witty personality. He loved to make others laugh and enjoyed the outdoors. He spent the last years of his life at Willowbrook Nursing Home where he grew to be a favorite amongst the staff and residents.
He is survived by sisters, Sue Nash of Marble Falls, Patricia Meador of Cleveland, Gayle Gower and husband Richard of Cleveland; brothers, Larry Steven Husband and wife Cindy of Freeport, Michael Husband and wife Lela of League City; children, Frankie Lynn, Jr. and wife Debbie of Jacinto City, Shirley Hicklin and husband Neal of Nacogdoches, Joe Husband of Galena Park, Lisa Deshotel of New Caney, Jennifer Stewart and husband Caleb of Etoile; grandchildren, Stacey Neill, Allison Weaver, Bryan Husband, Rani Graff, Zachary Deshotel, Chasey Deshotel, Masi Stewart; great-grandchildren, Eliott, Milo, Ernest, Cayden, Carson; as well as many other family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Franklin Husband and Myrtle Amelia Layton-Husband; sisters, Barbara Kay and Leria; brothers, Charles Taylor and Fred McNeil.
The Husband family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Willowbrook Nursing Home and Nacogdoches Medical Center for the kind and loving care of Frankie during his stay at both places.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2019, Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel. Interment will follow in Blue Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 14, 2019, at Cason Monk-Metcalf, before the service.
