She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Vickie Ruth Green.
Survivors include: sons, Asa Burt Smith, Jr. and Larry Joe Smith; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 5 great great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel. The family will receive friends, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in Martinsville Cemetery in Martinsville.
