Mr. Walker was born July 18, 1934, to parents, Johnnie Walker and Marie Oscalie (Wyble) Walker. He was a native and longtime resident of Port Arthur, Texas, before relocating to Sabine County, Texas. He had served in the U.S. Army and formerly worked for the Fina Refinery.
His survivors include cousins.
Private arrangements are being conducted.
