Ryan Brent Motley: provider of a million laughs, hobby chef, animal lover, nurse, beloved family member, and loyal friend wants to let you know that his work here on Earth is complete. On September 9, 2021, at the age of 40, he took an offer that was too glorious to refuse. You see, he had an opportunity for an unimaginable reunion, one that comes complete with friends and family members that he has not seen in a very long time.
Ryan is survived by his parents Michael and Cynthia Motley of Nacogdoches; his brother Kenneth Tyler and wife Meline of Fort Worth; his sister Taycé Jones and husband Randy of Nacogdoches; nieces and nephews Christian Tyler, Brooklyn Tyler, Mason Tew, Brianna Jones, Cameron Jones, Jacob Jones and Pascal Tyler; several great nieces and nephews; and adored pets L.B. and Maxim. He is preceded by his grandparents Pete and Sylvia Motley of Jacksonville.
We will remember Ryan’s infectious smile and laugh, his warmth, energy, his talent for storytelling, and his genuine love for life. He made a difference in the lives of many.
Should friends desire, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy, to consider making a donation to the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter in Ryan’s name.
A memorial will be announced by the family at a later date.
