

Born December 7, 1947 in Panther, West Virginia, the son of Clarence and Sallie (Lester) Burks. On December 5, 1970, he married Luinna Spears, who survives.
Brady was a devoted husband and father. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Holgate, Ohio. He also worked thirty years at Campbell Soup and Silgan before retiring. He played guitar with the Praise Singers from his church. He enjoyed visiting others from the nursing home. He worked in the pit crew with Danny Hogrefe at Oakshade Raceway.
His hobbies include: fixing cars, going to the races, playing his guitar, etc. He will be best known for his 1958 Chevy Impala and looking like Conway Twitty.
Surviving are one son Corbin (Shelly) Skeens, Napoleon, Ohio; three daughters Teresa (David) Crutchfield, Chiefland, Florida, Michelle Burks and Kellie (Jim) Zimmerman both of Napoleon, Ohio; twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Gathern and Clell Burks and one sister Dolly Burks.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church, Holgate, Ohio, Pastor Charles Alley, officiating. Interment will be made at Hoy Cemetery, Harrison Township.
Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio on Friday from 3 to 9 p.m.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church.
