

Born November 22, 1929 in Lima, Ohio, the son of Richard and Lois (Carr) Kepner.
Phillip was a retired conductor for the DT&I Railroad.
Surviving is his wife Carol Ferguson Kepner, Flatrock, Michigan; one son Wade Kepner, Napoleon, Ohio; two daughters Tracy (Gary Eitzman) Gould, Napoleon, Ohio, Louella (Bob Gurley) Kepner, Hamler, Ohio; grandchildren Wesley Myers, Kelli Wiseman, Brandon Gloor, Drake Kepner, Chet Whitney and Ian Gurly; and special friend Obie.
He was preceded in death by one brother Jack Kepner.
Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, Ohio on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m.
Graveside services will be held at a later date in Young Cemetery, Liberty Center, Ohio, where military honors will be accorded by the joint veterans posts of Napoleon.
The family has suggested that memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
