Wanda L. France age 65 of Napoleon Ohio passed away Wednesday November 21, 2012. Loving wife of Norman for 22 years. Dearest mother of Kenny (Rachel) Damron, Melissa (Keith) Arnette, Pete Browning, Johnny Browning, Kelli France Weasel and Joshua France. Grandmother of 16 grandchildren.
Wanda is survived by her mother Veronia Damron, and siblings Vicki (Randy) Fry, Roger (Mary) Damron both of West Virginia. Also by John (Tammy) Damron, Jack (Georgetta) Damron. Preceeded in death by her father Ira and siblings Richard, Ronald and Brenda Damron.
Wanda loved taking care of her many animals.
