We served together in the 301st as Reservist thru Hurricane Andrew and out of Patrick AFB. I will all ways remember your
smiling face at that laugh you brought much joy to my career. Man what a PJ. May you have a full chute in your next life for you will be very much missed. God Bless.



Cliff was a member of the Miami Palmetto Class of 1966 reunion committe for over 25 years.  Cliff was our avid problem solver and go-getter!  He was always incredibly helpful and was a man of "connections".  No task was too large or too complicated. He always solved our dilemas and problems with a smile.     He was an extraordinary person and a huge asset to the class of MPHS'66.  The older Cliff  was the "younger" Cliff....helpful, personable and unchanged from our high school years.  He will always be remembered fondly by his classmates and especially those of us 
 who  had the privilege of working with him on the MPHS Reunion Committee.  Cliff's passing is a huge loss  and we will miss him.

Cliff was a hell of a guy, a bold and fearless outdoorsman, with an outsize heart and personality and a big laugh and words of encouragement for friends or anyone who needed them.  I remember him as star half-miler and co-captain of Miami Palmetto HS's 1965-66 track team. Really enjoyed catching up with him at several reunions, and celebrating with him and Janet at Captain's Tavern after our 50th in 2016 (see photo). My deepest condolences to Janet and to Cliff's extended family and friends.      


Clif was a true gentleman and well liked by all of his high school friends. He would do anything for you, if you were in need. I remember him as a frat brother (YG) at Palmetto HS , classes with him all the way back to 2 nd. grade at Pinecreast Elem.  He was always one of those people that you looked upto and respected.
My prayers and thoughts of him go out to his family.
Rest in peace Clif, you deserve it.

I moved to Miami when I was entering the 11th grade. Shortly after getting to Palmetto High I met Cliff. He was wild wooly and rough, and one of the nicest people I have ever met. We became very good friends. After high school we went our separate ways. Forty plus years later I returned to Miami for some temporary work. I called Cliff and immediately we met. He shoved a Miller High Life into my hand and five minutes later we were yucking it up as if no time had passed. The only thing sadder than hearing of his passing would have been not to have known him at all. Godspeed Clifford, Godspeed.

Rest In Peace Cliff! As your neighbor of 29 years I can say 💯 they broke the mold with you! You always had something  wonderful  and down right incredible to share! So many memories to treasure.   You left an enormous legacy.  We will miss you coming over to see the kids, feed the dogs or just chat! 
May God’s love surround  Jan and all of your family during this time.  🙏🏼


I met Cliffy in the 7th grade at a pool party where we both ended  up in the pool in celebration of our discovery of each other , which boys often did at that age ,  thus starting an adventure that  created a ton of joy for all around Cliffy . From that event we escaped to Cliffy’s house to ride out the nite . He assigned me a bed which I slept in momentarily until his big brother Georgey  arrived and tossed me out starting a battle which could only be settled big George , Cliffys father. . This man had hands like bananas . George decided Cliffy was in the wrong and I slept in their boat outside . 
The last time I saw Cliff was in an orange grove in Lake placid Florida 
at my mother’s funeral , only her children were there and her beloved 
Cliff . 
He was an anchor of joy for all of us , he was loved by all of us . And he will be forgotten by none of us . 

RIP, Cliff.  You were always a special friend to your Palmetto Panther pals.  Your personality and love of life made you stand out above all others.  Have loved you always, sweet Cliff.  Susie Hill Blanchard
