Mary Lou Brady, beloved mother and cherished community member, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2025, in Ocala, Florida. Born on March 3, 1936, in North Carolina, Mary Lou lived a life marked by kindness, creativity, and dedication to her family.
Mary Lou spent many years working at Winn Dixie grocery store, where she was known for her friendly spirit and strong work ethic. In a beautiful tribute to her career, she lovingly crafted a quilt from her old uniforms, a testament to her creativity and fond memories of her time there.
She loved taking care of herself, always enjoyed looking her best—a reflection of her graceful and vibrant personality.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her late husband, whose memory she held dear. She leaves behind treasured memories in the hearts of her children and all who knew her.
Mary Lou Brady’s warmth, style, and devotion will be deeply missed but forever remembered by family, friends, and the community she touched.
A visitation for Mary will be held Friday, June 20, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Palms Woodlawn, 27100 OLD DIXIE HWY, NARANJA, FL 33032, followed by a committal service from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
