Agnes loved her family very much, they were her life. She was a treasured grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed creating her art work, crocheting, reading, and she was a great healthy cook, she loved vegetables, but loved chocolate too. She spent 20 years at the Mary Sweeney House and enjoyed all the time she spent with her friends there doing activities. She was featured with her siblings in an article in Time Magazine entitled, “How to Live 100 Years.”
Agnes is survived by her children, Anne DeAngelis and her husband Joseph of Framingham, MA, Maureen Miraglia of Reading, MA and York, ME, Elizabeth Reid of Costa Rica, Dorothy Sapp and her husband Charles of Nashua, her siblings, Mildred MacIsaac of Shrewsbury, MA, Helen Caldwell of Hingham, MA, James Hurlburt of Reno, NV, Walter Hurlburt of Burbank, CA, and Margaret Brack of Weymouth, MA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Joanne Fasano, Doreen Wasiewski, Theresa McShane, Anthony Costa Jr., Vincent Miraglia, Nicole d’Entremont , Jenny Reid, Jason Costa, and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Jason, Jillian, Kathleen, Caroline, Luke, Eva, John, Will, Sam, and Devin. She was predeceased by her Husband Maurice Buckley, her children Arlene Costa, Dennis Buckley, David Buckley, and her siblings, Edward Hurlburt, Evelyn Deskins, Muriel Gillooly, Peter Hurlburt, and Robert Hurlburt.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 3:00PM-7:00PM at the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St. Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 9:30AM at St. Patrick Church, 29 Spring St. Nashua. Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua.
