

Pauline Robinson Ellis of Helmsburg, died Saturday, June 20, 2015 in Brown County Health and living. She was born November 10, 1927 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Enoch and Cora Robinson. She was a long time employee of Brown County State Park.
Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Schwantes of Nineveh and Pamela Skinner and her husband Larry of North Vernon, Indiana; a daughter-in-law Barbara Ellis; fourteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Ellis; four sons, Larry, Mark, Joe, and Harry Ellis; and a son-in-law, David Schwantes.
Pauline was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church. Other interests and hobbies included crocheting, knitting and painting; she loved spending time with her family; and when her health had allowed she had been very active with the Brown County Art Gallery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 11:00 AM to be led by Sister Eileen Flavin C.S.C. in Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North. Burial will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
