Thomas was a graduate of the Chicago Art Institute and worked for the Chicago newspapers as a illustrator. He and his wife Gloria, later moved to Nashville, IN where he continued with his artistic talent, painting abstracts of Brown County. He became a recent member of the Brown County Art Guild.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife Gloria Carapezza Carollo, his son Doug Murano, four step-children: Michael(wife Vicki)McCann, Julie Ulaszek, Jerry Ulaszek and Laura Mayer.
He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
As per Thomas’s request there will be no services.
