Albert Lee Burke, Jr., age 78 of Joelton, TN, passed away on October 11, 2015. A native of Nashville, TN, he was the son of the late Albert Lee Burke, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Highers Burke. Albert is survived by a loving wife of 59 years, Mary Margo Morgan Burke; daughter, Karen (Kenny) Sanders; sons, Randy (Patti) Burke, Mike (Marie) Burke, Jeff Burke; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Mary (Tommy Dodson); two brothers, William (Linda) Burke and Robert (Linda) Burke. Albert worked with the Metro Nashville Water department until his retirement in 2008. He loved spending time with his family and working around his farm. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He attended Greenville United Methodist Church in Joelton, TN.Celebration of Life Service will be on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at eleven thirty, Woodlawn's Dignity Hall. Gathering of family and friends, Tuesday from ten o'clock until eight o'clock, and Wednesday from nine in the morning until the service at Woodlawn.
