Arthur Erwin Smedley, age 92, passed away on August 14, 2015 in Nashville, TN. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jefferson Smedley and Lou Ella Brumley Smedley; two brothers, Charles and Louis and his first wife, Maxine Smedley. Survived by daughter, Tish Smedley; two sons, Jeff (Rosetta) Smedley and Jim Smedley; two sisters, Lois Parker and Alpha Clements; five granddaughters, Tiffany Downs, Sarah Smedley, Keaton Smedley, Rachel Powell, Karleigh Smedley and one great-granddaughter, Raegan Downs. Celebration of Life Service will be at two-thirty in the afternoon on Monday, August 17, 2015 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall.
