Ben is survived by his parents, Tim and Jennifer Farley; his brother and sister Will and Kate Farley; grandparents Gene and Dorothy Farley and Fleming and Judy Smith and their families.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at two o'clock in the afternoon Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Christ Presbyterian Church, Nashville, TN.
A Gathering of Friends will be held from five o'clock in the evening until eight Thursday, Ocotber 9, 2014 in the Atrium of Christ Presbyterian Academy High School, located in the back of the campus.
The family asks that attendees, if inclined, bring a letter with stories of how Ben has touched your life or the lives of people around you.
In lieu of flowers the Farley family asks that you consider donating to Alive Hospice (alivehospice.org), the Children’s Inn at N.I.H. (childrensinn.org), or the School of Supernatural Life at Grace Center (schoolofsupernaturallife.org/ben).
