Betty L. Zinninger Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Betty Lee Zinninger, devoted wife and mother, passed away Friday, June 1, 2012. Betty was born August 12, 1930 in Louisville, KY and raised in Wheelwright, KY. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, John William Montgomery and parents, Robert Christopher Zinninger and Anna Mary Clark Zinninger. Survived by her children, Ellen (David) Kee, Nancy Montgomery (Mac McBroom), Chris Montgomery (Missy Rutherford), Ann Clark, Carol (Daryl) Edens and Matt (Erica) Montgomery; grandchildren, Daniel Montgomery, Kelley (Mike) Poole, Shaun Montgomery, Evin Edens, Zach Edens and Will Montgomery; great grandchildren, Ryan Montgomery and Alyssa Poole. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2012 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Nashville with Father Mark Hunt and Father James Panackal serving as co-celebrants. Entombment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation with the family at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday with the Rosary vigil at 3:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Room In The Inn, 532 8th Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37203.
