She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Wootten and son Richard Michael Jarrell, sister Sister Helen Kain RSM and brother James Michael Kain, Jr.
Survived by children Margaret (Norman) Van Dame, Kathy (Dennis) Daye, and Phillip (Sandee) Jarrell, daughter-in-law Diane Jarrell, grandchildren Mark and Thomas J. Van Dame, Cynde (Steve) Hardy, Laura (Gene) Connelly, Stacy (John) Waggoner, Matthew Daye, Andrew and Eric Jarrell, 10 great grandchildren, sisters Mary Thomas Kain, Peggy Quirk, Dorothy Kain, brother Pat (Frances) Kain.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am Monday, April 13, 2015 at St. Henry Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 pm at St. Henry Catholic Church with the Rosary recited by the Ladies of Charity at 4:00 pm.
Memorials may be made to Ladies of Charity or Sisters of Mercy Convent.
