Billie Kay Woods Patton, born on December 27, 1943, passed away on October 21, 2017 at Alive Hospice Residence after a brave battle with pulmonary fibrosis. ?Billie K retired in 2012 after many years of employment in various fields, Putnam County Deputy Court Clerk, third grade teacher at Overton County Schools, teacher at Rickman High school, J.C Bradford, Fletcher + Valenti Architects in Tampa FL, Dialysis Affiliates, Reservation Agent with USAir, and Administrative Assistant at Commerce Equity Capital. ??She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Kassie Woods and her brother Allen Jerome Woods. She is survived by her devoted daughter Laci Rae Mathews and devoted son, Michael Ryan Patton, brother and sister-in-law, Don and Faye Woods and nephew Alan Woods. ?She was an exceptional mother and a devoted Tennessee Vol fan. She blessed us with her amazing spirt; she lived her life with grace and was loved by all who were privileged to know her.. ?Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at ten o’clock in the morning, Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall.
