

Born to Juanita Sullivan Kindig and Leonard Lawrence Kindig Sr., on August 22, 1943 in Nashville. Carol was a proud Native Nashvillian who graduated Central High School and earned a degree in Business from Belmont University.
After serving as a Vocational teacher at Lebanon High School, Carol made her way into the corporate world as an Executive at Xerox before building an international name for herself as an Executive National Vice President representing Arbonne for 30 years.
In addition to her professional demands, Carol was tireless in her support of local charities. In addition to serving as a board member of Bridges of Williamson County, she was also involved with the Nashville Rescue Mission, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, The Arbonne Charitable Foundation, Mercy Ministries and her alma mater Belmont University.
Always motivating and encouraging, Carol always saw the best in people and was able to magnify the potential in everyone she met.
Carol leaves behind daughter Leslie Carol Buchanan Prow, son-in-law Bruce Alan Prow, son Christopher Shaw Buchanan, son-in-law John Matthew Klaritch, siblings Nancy Scobey (Kirk) Leonard Lawrence Kindig Jr, (Grandchildren) Taigen Prow Madden (Zach), Gregory Lake Prow and Gabrielle Lucile Prow, (Great Grandchildren) Atlas Madden and Alora Madden as well as her favorite aunt, Bonnie Kindig of Montgomery, Alabama.
Visitation with Carol’s family will be on Thursday evening, January 21, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Governors Club, Pleasant Hill Mansion 17 Governors Way in Brentwood, TN.
A graveside service for family and friends is scheduled
for 11 a.m. on Friday, January 22, 2021.
