Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Winnie McKenzie and his son Charles Steven McKenzie, Jr.
He is survived by his brothers, Jody (Karen) McKenzie, Andy McKenzie, Fr. Bill McKenzie, Jim McKenzie and Clay (Susie) McKenzie; God daughter Hannah Dixon and special friend Connie McKenzie. He is also survived by numerous other family and friends.
Visitation was on Monday July 10, 2023 at Mt. Olivet Funeral Home 1101 Lebanon Pike Nashville, TN 37210 with a funeral service following.
A Graveside Service was held on Tuesday July 11, 2023 at Calvary Cemetery.
