He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jean and Charles Mullins and Theresa Lewis Jurkovich.
Christopher is survived by his wife, Wendy and children Makayla and Brady.
Also survived by parents, Alice and Charlie Mullins, Grandfather Mark Jurkovich, Sister Michele Jarrett, brothers Brian (Kim) and Charlie (Dwinna).
Several Aunts and Uncles, nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
Christopher was a 1994 graduate of Father Ryan High School.
The family will welcome visitors Friday, July 31st from 4:30-8:00 PM at St Edward Catholic Church on Thompson Lane. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, August 1st at 10am with Rev. Joseph Patrick Breen officiating.
