Clarence Tom Shaw, better known as “Skull” was born April 15 1953 in Sumner County Tennessee to the late Henry Lee Shaw and Mable Louise (Watkins) Shaw. He passed from this earthly life to eternal life on October 12, 2020.
Clarence went to Hendersonville High School where he was also a basketball player. The year 1971-1972 “Skull” helped lead the team outstandingly during tournaments.
From there Clarence enlisted in the United States Army. Upon graduating and joining his unit he was honorably discharged due to a medical condition of his heart.
Clarence was one to keep to himself and would do what he could to help you and when you knew him you knew he was caring, funny, and always could make you laugh.
He is preceded in death with his parents, his lifelong and loved companion Arlene; his oldest son, Mark; and his brothers James, Vernon,and Charles.
He is survived by his two children Brandi Shaw and Kane (Kim) Shaw; his grandchildren Maleah, Allie, Kristian, Kyrah, Keianna, and Korey; two brothers, Henry W. Shaw and Horace (Barbara) Shaw; three sisters, Shirley Shaw, Debrah (Rick) Malbrough, and Laura Shaw Morris; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
