Elsie Kathryn Parnell was born on the 20th of November, 2012 and went Home on the 25th of November, 2012. She is survived by her parents, James and Elizabeth Parnell; her sweet big brother, Andrew Parnell; her grandparents, Terry and Linda Bumpus and Sam and Sara Parnell; her aunts and uncle, Caroline and Meggie Bumpus and Samuel and Kristina Parnell; and her cousins Eli, Kate, and Luke Parnell. Although limited by time, Elsie knew nothing but love in great abundance. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, the 27th of November, 2012 at seven o’clock in the evening at Otter Creek Church of Christ with Josh Graves officiating. A visitation with family and friends will be held from five until seven o’clock before the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the City of Children orphanage.
