OLIPHANT, Evelyn Juanita Freeman – passed away April 1, 2012. Preceded in death by husband Harold Oliphant and niece Judy Freeman. Survived by daughter Lyn Oliphant Russell, Leesburg, FL; son, Harold G. Oliphant, Jr., Mt. Juliet, TN; nephews, Bruce Freeman and Dick Freeman of California, Paul G. Freeman III, Nashville, TN; nieces, Susan Freeman and Lucy Freeman; very special great niece and nephew Jessie Dicker and Corbitt Dicker, who brought much joy and love to her life. Mrs. Oliphant was a homemaker and a graduate of David Lipscomb College. She was a member of DAR and a member of Hillsboro Church of Christ. Funeral Services will be conducted by Randall Pardue and A.M. Burton at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Hillsboro Church of Christ. Burial will be a 1 p.m. at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:30-6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund at Hillsboro Church of Christ and Disaster Relief Fund, Nashville, TN.
