Frank graduated from Boaz High School in Boaz, Alabama, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Home Economics from Lipscomb University, formerly David Lipscomb College, in Nashville, Tennessee. She married Victor C. Batson on September 27, 1954, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Frank worked primarily as a homemaker and caregiver for family members in need. She was a faithful member of the West End Church of Christ for over 50 years and of the Sherrod Avenue Church of Christ in Florence, Alabama for the past 19 years.
She loved entertaining family and friends, camping and travel, and taking care of her beloved birds. Her kindness, devotion to family, and caring spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her daughter, Lea Batson Snell and son-in-law, Jonathan Snell; son, Vic Batson; granddaughters, Jessica Gardner (David) and Victoria Smith (Kooper); grandson, Chris Snell (Tori); and seven great-grandchildren: Judah, Edith, Florence, and Enoch Gardner; Josef and Frankie Snell; and Ralph Smith.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln., Nashville, TN 37204.
A funeral service will be held the same day beginning at 2:30pm. Burial will follow the funeral service at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln., Nashville, TN 37204.
