Mrs. Hildegard M. Thormaehlen age 88, of Manchester, TN, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015. Mrs. Thormaehlen was born in Magdeburg, Germany, on September 5, 1926, the daughter of the late Carl Hans Kaiser and Margarete Luhrs Kaiser. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Thormaehlen was preceded in death by her husband, Karl Thormaehlen. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Claus and Lois Thormaehlen of Manchester, TN; a daughter and son-in-law, Margret and James Cauley of Houston, TX; five grandchildren, Jennifer Cauley, Karla Moore, Mike Cauley, Emily McCommon, Colleen Maroney; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, Eulle Kaiser.
