CHRISTIANSON, Jack G. age, 86 passed away on the sixth of September 2012. He was born on the fourth of August 1926, in McEwen, TN to the late Thomas Buford and Lexie (Irwin) Christianson. In 1944, he enlisted in the US Navy; he served two years, before being honorably discharged. Jack worked for over forty-four years with Bellsouth. Jack loved being on the go; whether it was hunting, fishing and/or golfing. He is preceded in death by his wife of over fifty years, Maxine Christianson and his second wife, Betty T. Christianson. Jack is survived by, his son, Jackie (Melinda) Christianson; daughter, Johanna (Richard) McKee; eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and very special friend, Brenda Wood. Pallbearers: Tommy Christianson, Jimmy Christianson, Darren Christianson, Weston McKee, Ben Jarrell and Larry Box. Honorary Pallbearers, C.W. Goodman, John Millraney, Charlie Griffin and Charles Flowers. Funeral Services will be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Monday the tenth of September 2012 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall, with Rev. Gene Mims officiating and Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from eight thirty until ten o’clock in the morning on Monday the tenth of September 2012 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park.
