He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, Sara Jenkins Redmon, his sister, Bonnie Whitfield and his parents, Solly and Era Redmon.
Survived by his sons, Rick Redmon (Barbara) and Don Redmon (Rita); daughters, Melissa Tyree and Karen Gambill (Steve); 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Doug Redmon (Myrna); brother-in-law, Ray Whitfield
Visitation will be held at four o’ clock in the afternoon until eight on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Brentwood Hills Church or Christ.
A funeral service will be held at twelve o’ clock in the afternoon on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Brentwood Hills Church of Christ, with a visitation held one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to Brentwood Hills Church of Christ, World Christian Broadcasting, or Vanderbilt University.
