

Jean passed on August 21st, 2020 at St. Thomas hospital from health related complications. She was a week short of 91 years old. She outlived any Maloney in her family. Her parents were Lawrence Eugene Maloney and Willie Mae Maloney. She was married to W. Paul Stacey, Sr. (deceased). She is survived by her two children W. Paul Stacey, Jr. and wife Victoria. And daughter Lisa Parkes, and husband Rob. Jean had 7 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was a resident of Nashville, Tennessee her whole life.
Jean was a long time member of Saint Henry Catholic Church in Nashville. She grew up in East Nashville and graduated from East High School. Jean worked for the State of Tennessee in her early life, later retired from St. Cecilia Academy High School in Nashville after many years of loyal service.
Jean was a member of the Catholic charitable organization The Ladies of Charity in Nashville where she helped provide assistance to those in need. The services will be held Thursday (8-27) at 10:30 am. at Saint Henry Catholic Church in Nashville. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to either St. Cecilia Academy in Nashville (general fund) or Father Ryan High School in Nashville (general fund).
