John Edward Jordan - age 67 died on March 22, 2011 in Memphis, TN. Educated in Williamson County, attended TSU where he studied Pre-Med. He was a Sgt. in the US Air Force, served as a medic in the Vietnam War, and retired from Roadway Trucking Co. after 17 years. He is preceded in death by father William B. Jordan, Sr. and brother, Jerry Jordan; he is survived by son, Jon Deric Jordan, mother, Willie Mai Jones Jordan; sister, Fannie Harris; brothers, Randall E. (Shirley) Jordan, Sr., William B. (Mary) Jordan, Jr. sister-in-law Mary Jordan. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. with funeral to follow in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with the Rev. Howard E. Rucker officiating. Burial 10 a.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
