BIBB, Jr., John Randolph "Randy" – Age 70, of Nashville, passed away January 9, 2026 after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by parents, John Sr. and Betty Bibb, and infant daughter, Laura. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Mabie Bibb; daughter, Jean-Marie (Ryan) Clark; and granddaughters, Margie and Evelyn. A proud graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy, Vanderbilt University, and Vanderbilt University Law School, Randy remained a dedicated Commodore throughout his life. Randy practiced defense litigation for over 44 years. While he was an avid car collector, his greatest joy was his family. Honorary Pallbearers are members of the Mercedes Benz Club, Nashville Section. Visitation with the family will be Monday, Jan. 19, 4-8pm at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home. His Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, Jan. 20, 10am at Cathedral of the Incarnation with burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Dominican Campus, Attn: Development, 4210 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205, a place near and dear to his heart.
