Linda Perry Sanders, age 86, of Nashville, passed away on August 22, 2024. She is preceded in death by her mother, Christine Ferrell, father, Charles Glenn Perry and her husband Robert D. Sanders Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Robin Shadden and her adopted daughter, Peggy Ayers, sister, Lou Zammillo, brothers, Jerry (Joyce) Martin and Guy Yates. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Linda was a graduate of Donelson high School where she serves as a Majorette in the band and served as FBLA President during her senior year. She retired from Baptist Sunday School Board (Lifeway) after 20 plus years. She was a good seamstress and also loved to cross stitch, watch Hallmark movies and other old T.V. shows. She also loved her garden especially her yellow roses.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5-7 at Mt. Olivet Funeral Home. Celebration of life service will be on Thursday at 1 PM at Mt. Olivet funeral home with interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
