Lorene "Gigi" E. Harris

Lorene "Gigi" E. Savage Harris, age 73 of Nashville, departed this life on March 23, 2022. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on December 14, 1948 to the late, Freeman C. Savage and Velma C. Tucker Savage. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband of 43 years, Thomas (Tommy, TV) Virgil Harris.

Lorene is survived by her husband, Alan Jones; son, Thomas William Harris; daughters, Sherry Marie (James) Sheets, Betsie Pruitt, Arianna (Sarah) Jones, Courtney (Ricky) Payne; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.

Lorene was a teacher's Aide with Metro Nashville schools for over twenty years. Lorene was a vivacious personality who was infectious with her humor. She doted on her grandbabies and loved her fur babies. Her and Alan, loved to travel, especially riding their Harley Trike to bike events throughout the eastern US.

A Gathering of family and friends will be held from four until eight o’clock in the evening on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022 at two o'clock in the afternoon in Dignity Hall of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
