HOOD, Loretta JaneAge 74 of Nashville, TN. Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on the 20th of August 2013. Preceded in death by husband of 37 years, Si Clifton Hood Jr. Survived by children, Rebecca (James) Averitt, Sarah (Tim) Buxton, and John Hood (Kelly Tipler); grandchildren, Rachel Hood and Dominique Hood, Kyle, Matthew, Luke, and Molly Buxton, Dylan Hood, and Ashlynn Tipler; brothers, Randy (Betty) Jordan and Jerry (Joyce) Jordan; and sister, Linda Little. A Celebration of Life service will be held at Woodlawn's Dignity Hall on Friday, the 23rd of August 2013 at one o'clock in the afternoon. The family cordially invites friends to gather for a time of visitation this evening from four o'clock until eight o'clock and again Friday two hours prior to the service.
