Mrs. Todd was born on March 9, 1931, in Frankfurt, Germany, the daughter of the late Wilhelm Karl Pflanz and Anna Katharina Manns. She enjoyed traveling as well as gardening. Mrs. Todd was a homemaker and an excellent mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She valued her family and the time that she shared with them. She will be deeply missed.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willie P. Todd.
She is survived by her daughter, Monica Ford Giles and her partner, Sandy Smith; one granddaughter, Gabrielle Ford Anderson and her husband, Devon, and one great-granddaughter, Carly Grace.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, from twelve noon until one o’clock in the afternoon at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Live Service will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
