She was born on September 23, 1930 in McCracken, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mildred Biggart.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, JD Turner, and son, Terry Turner.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy S. Dotson and her husband, Richard; two granddaughters, Rebekah Kemp and Jacquelyn McNulty; two great grandchildren, Patrick McNulty and Stephanie Kemp; one sister, Anna Kay Osbourne; one nephew, Colby Osbourne, and several other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
The Celebration of Life Service will be held at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 11:00 am with Pastor Mike Bertsch officiating.
Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah, Kentucky, one Monday, July 11, 2016 at 3:00 pm.
