BARBOUR, Mary Ruth, age 81, passed away on March 24, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, John E. Barbour; parents, Simon and Norvie Brooks and her two sisters, Doris Neas and Virginia Keeling. Mary is survived by her children, Julie (Jeff) Pitts, Jeff Barbour, Greg (Angie) Barbour, and Keith (Suzanne) Barbour; grandchildren, Cody and Chase Pitts, John Kerr, Zack Barbour, Taylor Chandler and Hunter Barbour; step grandchildren, Brittany, Heather and Justin Northcutt, and Ashley Tinch; and one great grandchild, Ka’preigh Tinch, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Mary cherished her husband Johnny her family and she loved country music. Visitation with family and friends will be held from five until eight o’clock in the evening on Tuesday, the 26th of March, 2013 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 27th of March, 2013 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with visitation held one hour prior to the service. The family requests that memorial contributions be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association.
