Lazarov, Minda, Age 56, born in Memphis, Tennessee, died in her home in Nashville on October 6th. She is survived by husband, Barry Sulkin, daughter, Shea Sulkin, mother, Matilda Lazarov, sister, Reva Stern. She was preceded in death by her father, Israel Lazarov. Minda devoted her life to helping people raise healthy children through her work as a nutritionist and as a children’s health advocate for the state of TN, UNICEF and Vanderbilt. She cared deeply about Tennessee’s natural resources and led land preservation efforts in the Scottsboro/Bells Bend area. She radiated power and peace. Her graceful spirit will live on in the many lives she touched. Services will be at Congregation Micah Monday 3:30 p.m. October 10th.
