Minnie Sue Watts

WATTS, Minnie Sue, 88, of Nashville, TN, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 19. She is now walking in Heaven with her parents, Lola May and Zeddie Arthur Pierce; brothers, Fred Aubrey Pierce and L Z Pierce and sister, Eula May Cornelius. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Hugo D. Watts; two daughters, Gwen (Garry) Belt, of Hendersonville, TN and Marcella Baker of Chapel Hill, TN. She has three granddaughters that she loved with all of her heart, Tricia (Bill) Hosford, Wendy (Jim) Ramsay, and Denise (Edgar) Belt and three great grandchildren Dowlen, Bella, Tyler. They were all the light of her life. She is also survived by two sisters, Gertrude Lee,  of Albertville, AL and Naldi Kilgore, of Gallatin, TN. Family will serve as pallbearers. The family wishes to thank ALL of the staff at Bethany Health Care. They truly loved her and took care of her for the past three years. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Mrs. Watts to Bethany Health Care, as this will help other residents that have no family. Visitation with the family will be held from four until eight o’clock in the evening on Tuesday, the 21st of August, at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 22nd of August, at Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall, with visitation held two hours prior to the service. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
