Nancy B. Lacy, age 91 passed away on May 4, 2019 in Nashville, TN. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents; Julia Nuckolls and Edward Brooks, husband, Dr. William Lacy, son, Drury (Jan) “Brooks” Lacy; daughter, Julia (Bob) Mitchell and brother, Bill Brooks.
Survived by daughter, Anne Lacy; sons, Billy Lacy, Robert Lacy; brother, James Brooks and a sister, Dorothy George; grandchildren, Lacy Alexander, Gregory Deegan, Emma Mitchell, Evan Mitchell, John Lacy and Will Lacy.
Nancy graduated from Johns Hopkins University and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, and undergraduate work from Berea College, and also worked for Johns Hopkins and Vanderbilt University. She attended Glen Leven Presbyterian Church and was a volunteer in many organizations.

Celebration of Life Service will be on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at two o’clock in the afternoon, Glen Leven Presbyterian Church, 3906 Franklin Pike – Nashville, TN 37204. Gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
