Ralph W Bain

Ralph was born to the late John Berry and Julia Arlena Bain on October 12, 1927 in Smithville, TN.

Ralph is preceded in death by his siblings, James M. Bain and Bennie Sue Bain. He is survived by his loving wife of seventy one years, Doris; son, Doug (Patricia) Bain. Ralph had one grandchild, Diana Bain, and great grandchild Annaleah and sister, Mary M. Bain.

Ralph joined the Navy in 1945, and served the country in World War II. He was honorably discharged for his service in 1948. Ralph worked at Noland company in Nashville where he retired after thirty-seven years as a salesman. He was a member of Hendersonville First Baptist Church with his wife after being ordained as a Deacon at Riverside Baptist Church in Nashville, TN. He was an avid golfer and loved being out on the course any chance that he got.

A gathering of family and friends for Ralph will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. Following the gathering of family and friends will be an entombment from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
