Former owner of Warick Industries of North Carolina and Apparel Plus of Tennessee. Richard was a member of Judson Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon, as well as Chairman of Missions. He escorted mission trips to Canada, Honduras, and Chile. Richard is survived by wife of 65 years, Jo Ann Wade; daughter, Amy Schelton (Brad); sons, Richard Kenneth Wade (Sheila), and David Wade; grandchildren, Evan Schelton, Faith Wright (Brad), Amy Rosenbalm (Phillip), Jim Wade(Angela), Melody Wade Wilburn (Gabe); and sister, Nancy Webster. Visitation will be held from ten thirty in the morning until eleven with funeral to follow on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Judson Baptist Church, 4900 Franklin Pike, Nashville, TN 37220. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
