Ronald Neal Bowers, age 64, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2014. Ron is preceded in death by his father Marshall Bowers. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Brenda Bowers; mother, Frances Bowers; four children, Dayna Dickey (Scott), Brandy Bowers, Jesse Bowers and Caitlin Bowers; four grandchildren, Delaney Dickey, Archer Dickey, Ryder Winters and Mattie Isabell. Ron loved life, his family and the great outdoors. He served as Assistant Scout Leader for Boy Scout Troop # 275 and later Boy Scout Troop # 4. His main hobbies were golf, camping and music. He was a long time member of the Tusculum Hills Baptist Church where he also acted as a coach for the church basketball team. Ron was happiest when he was surrounded by his family who will love and miss him dearly. A Celebration of Life service will be held at eleven-thirty in the morning on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from four until eight o’ clock in the evening on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
