Sara Ann Stafford age 85 of Lebanon Tennessee passed away on October 3, 2025. She was born on April 14, 1940, to Albert and Ina Stevens. She worked for the Lentz Health Department in Nashville for over 40 years where she was a registered nurse. Sara was a caring and compassionate wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to travel, read, cook, walk and was a patron of the arts and she was a member of the Vine Street Christian Church in Nashville. She also had a love for rescued animals and protecting wildlife.
She is preceded in death by parents, Albert and Ina Stevens, husband Jack Stafford and her grandson Cameron Byrne. She is survived by her son, Tom (Kari) Byrne, granddaughter, Ciara (Chris) Hudgens, great grandson Cameron Hudgens, step-granddaughters, Jessica Long and Laura (Rob) Thomson and step-great granddaughters Leila and Georgia.
Graveside service will be on Thursday October 9, 2025, at 12 PM at Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Crossville Tennessee.
