Tom Blackwell, Jr. Age 58, of Hendersonville, TN passed away on April 29, 2019. Tom was born on August 12, 1960 in Nashville, Tennessee. He attended school in Davidson County and was a graduate of Father Ryan High School. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and was a member of Jere Baxter - Edgefield Lodge #254. Tom was a avid golfer, loved trips to Florida to participate in fishing trips and enjoyed bowling. His pride and joy was his grandbabies. Tom was a Deputy Clerk for the Metropolitan Criminal Court Clerk office. He was preceded in death by his sister, Monica Len Blackwell. He is survived by his mother, Joanna Henderson Blackwell; father, Tommy Blackwell, Sr.; sons, Adam Blackwell and Brett (Kristina) Blackwell; grandchildren, Daisy Len, Madilyn Rae and Nikolai Aaron Blackwell;Uncle, Donald (Sybil) Blackwell and Aunt, Carolyn Davis. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at First Church of the Nazarene, 510 Woodland St, Nashville, TN 37206. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Mount Olivet Funeral Home, with visitation from 11 a.m.. until time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in the Historic Mount Olivet Cemetery.
