Vickie is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Chris Thompson, and her beloved son, Matthew. She was born in Atlanta, GA and graduated from Georgia State. She was a social worker for more than 30 years, fighting evil every day, helping all people in need of comfort. Vickie’s life reflects the face of Christ on this earth. Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.
Visitation will be at Cathedral of The Incarnation on Sunday, February 14th from 4 – 8pm with a Rosary at 7:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be Monday, February 15th at 10:00 am with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
