William was born on September 15,1927 in Giles
County, Tennessee. Bill spent 34 years with Nashville
Electric Service and retired as the credit manager,
he was also a veteran of the US Army. Bill and his
loving wife Evelyn in their retirement divided their
time between Brentwood/ Franklin TN, and Bonita
Springs FL. Bill is preceded in death by his parents
James Earl and Anna Pilkinton. He is survived by
his wife of 68 years Evelyn Pilkinton numerous
nieces and nephew and a host of great friends. A
visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 PM at
Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral home with
a Celebration of life Monday at 11:30 AM at
Woodlawn's Dignity Hall with visitation one hour prior.
