Cousin Ernie you will be missed dearly! You always had a smile on your face and loved to make everyone laugh. I have such great childhood memories with you annoying Irma and I when we were trying to have a concert in the living room. You will always be in my heart and I know one day I will see you again. Hey Ernie it seems like yesterday when we’d play basketball at pops house and he’d yell at us for slamming on the garage door. I miss those days . I know we all grew up and had families but every time we got together it was like time never past I’m gona miss you brother you were a good friend  I hope you’re resting peacefully

My condolences to my sister Lupe. Beto and family. Eileen and sons. I am deeply saddened by your loss. My favorite memory of Ernie is when I took care of him as a newborn when his Mom (my sister was hospitalized for a car accident.  He was such a good  calm baby. As he got older he was always smiling joking around making people laugh. Even though we didn't see each other often, but when we did he gave the tightest loving hugs. You could feel the love. He was such a kind person. You will be missed Ernie. But our hope is that one day we'll meet again🙂🙏❤

Ernie though we didn’t see you often we always felt the genuine love from you. Your hugs alone were always heartfelt and behind that smile your heart was hurting. That battle is over and I pray you Rest In Peace   We love you very much💙

Much laughter has always graced our conversations with Ernie, Eileen, and the Tamayo family. 

Little League at Fletcher Hills brought all of us together. I have the fondest memories of Ernie in the booth announcing the teams and the greatest smile was when Erick came to bat. Always cheering and demonstrating what a dad does the best.. supporting and loving is kids and family. 

I'm honored that Ernie stopped past my home in early June to say hello, share some family updates but most of all, to just laugh with me at the fun things we did over the years.

May God look after and comfort Eileen, the Boys, and the Tamayo Family during this time of loss.  Honored to be a part of this family. Always in our prayers. 

Words can’t express how I feel 💔 Thinking of all the good memories we shared, and how you made every one laugh , even when they didn’t want to ❤️ The Special bond you shared with your brother was so unbelievable, only you two knew how much you meant to each other ❤️ We will keep your memory alive always in our hearts. 

Where to begin my Brother was pretty much  my childhood friend so  I have  archives of memories  ...  I would not really say I had a  favorite  cause  they all weren’t nice but they were meaningful  and definitely   Made an impact  in my life..  
my favorite memory is definitely when I had my first daughter and he was  saying a little speech  on camera about who she was and her name and stuff it was magical  only I didn’t know it then that I’d cherish that memory of him the most.  I’m so grateful to have had him in my life although our time together was short I know he loved me and proud to have him as my brother my kids we’re proud to be his nieces and my grandkids  were like his grand babies too.  We will miss him everyday .....

So many wonderful memories mostly the  teenage years. I was introduced to Ernie by my first love back when I was 15. One yr later I introduced Eileen to the love of her life. 31 plus yrs later 3 handsome boys  and a lifetime of wonderful memories you will  carry in your heart and your mind,along with many stories..
