Joseph Louis Rapoza Jr., age 84, of San Diego, California passed away on November 28, 2018. Joseph was born April 27, 1934 in Schenectady, New York.

Joseph married Kathryn on January 26, 1966. Joseph had a career as a Police Officer for the National City Police Department for 24 years.

He was a member of the American Legion. Joe had many passions that included Golf, Fishing, and Shooting.
